Flame KingPTC-01 Propane Tank Cover for 20-lb Cylinders-for Outdoor and Indoor Use, Black

I purchased two of these tank covers to protect two 20-lb, propane cylinders I had just purchased. I wanted to ensure that the finish of the new tanks were not scratched, scraped, or otherwise damaged. The bottom of the cover has an elastic band to ensure that the cover conforms to the shape of the tank and the top has a drawstring on each side of the opening to tighten it around the top of the tank. The product is well-made, reasonably priced, looks great, and satisfies my current needs. Well done!

It’s heavy duty, it’s waterproof, fit perfectly. I probably wouldn’t do a double string to secure the top. It is very cumbersome and difficult to close.

Good for keeping LP tanks that are in plain view looking sharp and staying clean. Beyond that, it does nothing to alleviate frost build-up during tank use and is very tight-fitting, with two draw string on one end. The material is durable and can be moved between tanks.

I use this on my RV propane tank for griddle and firepit. If I use right side up, it would collect water, so I inverted it and that seemed to work better.It is not heavy duty, so durability rates a 4 star, but it fits the description, so I kept if a 5.Material is lite duty, so material should rate a 4 also, but it fits the description, so I kept it a 5.

Product was inexpensive so you kind of get what you pay for. I don’t expect it to hold up for long. It does work but it is not easy to put on tank
