Disappointed
I've been using these (one) for a few weeks now.For use in 33 degrees....hottttt weather.I loved that there are two and they have three speed settings. So I was hoping that I could use one while the other one would be charging. Ohhhh the disappointment.Only the black one works and the white one never charges no matter how long its on the charger it just stays on red and doesn't turn on.
