These are great. The plastic bottle is actually thin enough to easily squeeze water out. It's a pull up and down mouthpart - pull it up to drink/squeeze, push it down to seal it. I personally like this feature as other squeeze bottles "leak free" feature comes from a suction mouthpart which is turn makes the "squeeze" feature difficult for younger kids.
