Why didn't you mention 3 products in the product information, and the writings are not clear in the photo, I thought the product was keratin, shampoo and conditioner. But it was not keratin, I want to return it, but there is no return section on the page

This is worst product I have ever used in my life. Very expensive, end up spoiling my hair badly its been just a month I have used this product and I left with less than half of my hair I have. My hair are always badly tangled now, if I just touch my hair atleast 20 of them comes in my hand, they are no more soft, I am scared of washing them, brushing them now because when ever I brush or wash millions of them comes in my hand but I had to wash I cant keep then dirty, so I really don't know what do to n where to get the solution from and also want to mention I had done my blood test as well thinking may be some health issue going on but no my health is fine. So guys plz if using any new product first do little testing and than go ahead.
