Great American Land & CattleSteak N' Meat Seasoning 32oz Container (Pack of 2)

I lived in El Paso for better than 30 years and they had a steak house of the same name (2 actually) and this is what they used as their base for most of their steaks and beef. I give a good dose on all my steaks as a base for a fantastic flavor. It's more powdery and flavorful and I do like a textured spice also on my steaks so I use it as a base then toss on some Montreal, Canadian or garlic seasoning which gives more flavor and hardier texture. Love the stuff on a roasted chicken also. Always insure I keep it on hand :) Give it a try and you won't regret it.

This stuff is amazing in&on just about everything. We use it on Steak, BBQ, poultry...all forms of veggies. It really adds a great flavor to fried & scrambled eggs.Grab it while it's still available. I've heard that the Great American Steak House in El Paso, Texas has closed their doors.I'm hoping this doesn't effect whether they'll continue selling the spice.

I season my steaks with this and then spray Martini & Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth on them while they are cooking. Learned this from a Chef that worked at the original Great American Land & Cattle Steak restaurant in El Paso, Texas. I also put this on chicken.

I have used Land & Cattle Steak seasoning on beef, deer, elk, moose, chicken, fish and all ground meat. I love it and have for years. I even take my own seasoning to other people's barbecues. It is salty so taste before adding extra salt.
