When I received this item it was slightly damaged, there was a small defect near the top of the screen protector, I was unsure on how to contact the company but thankfully they messaged to then I let them know what was going on, the customer service was quick and simple and now everything is sorted:) mistakes happen.

Broke one within one minute of opening it. The other failed miserably to fit it. I think me mostly to blame but the instructions were poor. Bought another make easy instructions and first time ever fitted first attempt not one bubble.

Love these. They’re so easy to apply and it feels like the last forever (quite literally! The last one was physically removed by the apple employee when I traded the old device). I feel confident that the screen is well protected

Does the job very well and is fo good quality and value I have bought other ones in the past and have been anywhere near as good as these ones would recommend

Clear smooth screen great for general use. However with this protector on, writing with the apple pencil became less responsive and produced wavy lines. Removed the screen protector and the drawing experience returned to normal.
