Harmony Manual Breast Pump, Compact Swiss Design with PersonaFit Flex Shields and Medela's 2-Phase Expression Technology

We got a second hand set of the Medela in bra electric pumps but they kept failing and I was getting really stressed and my boobs were solid and sore. I decided to go old school and try a manual pump and went for this one based on reviews and popularity..... and I am SO happy! It is really easy to use, super effective and has made me so much happier and more relaxed about pumping! My baby was born with a tongue tie which meant my nipples were so sore and I found the electric pumps only made them more sore. With this one I can control the speed and pressure of the pumping which has really helped. I am so pleased with it I have ordered a second one so I always have one sterilised and to hand. If you are looking for a good, reliable manual breast pump, this is the one! Would also recommend if you are looking for a useful gift for a Mum to be. I would have loved something like this rather than another set of clothing baby can't wear for months (although I do appreciate all the gifts we have received, nothing beats a practical present!).

This is the best pump I’ve used. Completely stopped using my electric pump as I felt I was completely emptying whereas using this manual pump, you can manipulate the breast & get out all the milk. It’s easy to assemble & wash. Good value for money - I had three!

DO NOT buy this pump! The reviews makes it seem like everyone “raves” about it, but it’s honestly the worst pump I’ve ever tried. Makes me wonder how many people with bad experiences actually write reviews. I found that tons of people posted on Reddit that this pump was awful after the fact. I barely got 2oz out every time I used it. The valve it comes with does not provide enough suction and even changed it out for a duck valve. When pumping you could hear the pump hiss and lose suction. I’ve disassembled and checked that all of the parts are intact and assembled correctly about 10 times during each attempt at pumping. I’ve had this pump for about a week and have tried to use it multiple times a day every day since getting it. Honestly this is highly disappointing and they don’t even let you return the product so you’re stuck with their horrible pump while they keep your money.

Really great manual breast pump. Was able to collect 160ml in 20 mins on my first session. It’s comfortable and easy to use and I like that I’m in control of the speed and can stop/ start when I want without being hooked up to tubes like the hospital grade electric ones. I’m only pumping short term to increase supply and feed my baby expressed milk until he will take the breast again so not sure how great it is if you’re trying to build a stash of breast milk to freeze.

Great pump. It fits flange inserts really well has great suction and can empty you quicker than a normal wall or wearable pump. My one issue was it came already set up so I didn’t change anything and when putting it together after cleaning I put it back the same way but the way I was using it caused the silicone diaphragm to tear where the plastic sat meaning I lost suction and could no longer use it

This is a really effective pump while it works. Unfortunately I’ve now had two of these as the first stopped working and then the second was a replacement which went the same way. After only a few weeks the pump fails to suck and leaves you sore and frustrated with barely any milk. You’ll hear a hissing sound when the pump gets to this point and it’s all downhill from there. I bought the Medela branded manual pump because I’ve not had any problems with their electric pump but I’ll be looking for something else in the way of manual pump now.

Love this pump ! Easy to use as a first time mum who had no clue. Easy to clean and sterilise.

If you pump, I would get this as backup in case your electric one fails! Mine stopped working one day but I was lucky to have this as backup! It is also easy to use when you are on the go.

After 10 uses, it stopped working. I’ve replaced some parts of the product, but it still doesn’t work. It doesn’t have enough suction to get milk out. I’m really disappointed since I spent a lot of money trying to fix it, but the issue still isn’t resolved..

After owning 3 electric pumps, two of which are cordless (other brands) and one is a corded one from Medela, I was disappointed about the output multiple times. Even though the breast milk sprayed out like a jet stream when I pressed, the pumps were not effective enough in extracting. I did get an okay amount of milk but I knew I could get much more. I love this pump. Compared to the electric pumps, I think this manual one is more effective in terms of output. The only downside is probably the number of parts it comes in, although that is not too much of a hassle once you get used to it. This manual one is definitely more effective than the others I own.

J'ai commandé ce tire lait manuelle simplement pour vider le trop plein de lait la nuit et éviter les engorgement/mastite) Super simple d'utilisation, très facile a laver et hyper efficace. Je tire environ 250mL en 1min de chaque côté. Très bon produit. Et très robuste ! Je recommande !

Mir sind die elektrischen Pumpen von Medela zu teuer und finde die für den Preis echt top! Klappt super gut :)
