Great quality
I bought these 3 times and gave the others to my family. They are super sharp which is great when serving meat dishes. The quality was superb and loved that it's made in the USA. It's very difficult to find utensils made in the America so this was a gem to find. Highly recommend.

Razor sharp!
Extremely sharp, good value for money, but would like them better if they were 3/4 of an inch longer. Would buy again.

GREAT small knife to have in kitchen
These are excellent knives to have in the kitchen drawer. They are very sharp and well made. They are not dull; therefore, be careful when using them. Great for slicing fruit and vegetables, and also, meat.

ALFI does it again!
These are the greatest little knives to have. I have used a set of ALFI knives for over 20 years and they still cut nicely. I can see some are not as sharp as before but it is so hard to get rid of them. Finally I ordered new ones and boy they didn’t disappoint! Hopefully another 20 years of enjoyment.
