I was looking for a balanced calcium supplement that had not only a plant based calcium but the other nutrients needed to make the calcium easier to absorb. This one has every thing recommended for that such as K2, D3, and magnesium, maganese and boron all in one easy to swallow soft capsule.

This is a great product in terms of bioavailability, compared to other forms of calcium. And the plastic free packaging, plus tree planting is a nice bonus!

Calcium supplements used to upset my stomach, so my doctor recommended this plant based option and I haven't had any further issues. My biggest problem with this product is the packaging. When I first started using it, it came in a plastic bottle, now it comes in glass. My issue is that I travel a lot and the glass bottle adds weight and bulk.

I am very particular about supplements, as many are not healthy, Something I learned from a well known Nutritionist ( May he rest in peace -Dr. Robert Marshall- He was at the forefront of nutritional supplements. ) his product is still pure and natural. THIS brand too is the best of the best in its ingredients list. Marine calcium is most important and the mag type as well as the addition of BORON... This company may be one of the only ones to add Boron, boron does help with the absorption of magnesium calcium, and more. I found this company to be truthful and honest. So glad to have found them. As I have known about Marine based calcium for yrs. Once I do my Health test, I will come back and update this. I have been taking this for about 2 months

I’m concerned about this product because it contains magnesium and calcium together which I’ve been hearing should not be taken together at the same time. So I have no opinion at this time that’s why I gave it a three out of five

I needed to start taking a calcium supplement. This one seems very comparable to a much more expensive one I was considering. Too soon to tell If it's working
