This was absolutely delicious and it kept me full longer than regular oatmeal thanks to the added protein. At home, I could accomplish about the same thing by adding protein powder to my oatmeal, but these instant packs are much more convenient to bring with me when I am traveling or out the door to work

I means it’s oatmeal, not much to go wrong there. But it does taste good, good flavour, and it’s the protein version of what I grew up with

Very good oatmeal! The price point is better than other protein oatmeals on the market. My biggest issue with it is that the sugar content is very high compared to other brands. If they made a sugar free version it would be 5 stars.
