Fits ok, but my size 7 head is too small for this "small."
My head is a size 7. And that's with a full head of hair. This cap is advertised as a size "small." The elastic trim holds it in place on my forehead nicely so it doesn't move. Even if I pull it all the way down to the top of my ears, there's a noticeable amount of slack on top. Still, it's a better fit than the other "small" caps I tried. If you're a size 7 like me, or smaller, then you might need to try a kid's size.

this would be tight on beetlejuice
fits well on my moms weaner dog -or maybe a baby- so tight on my head it cuts off the blood circulation to my brain.
