Had an abundance of Meyers Lemons on my tree, so wanted to freeze some juice. These held 2 tablespoons of juice which is perfect for most recipes. They worked perfect. A bit tricky to get out at first.

Very sturdy and strong. Easiest way to release the ice cubes from the tray is to push up on the ice cube from underneath the tray and the ice cube pops up and is easy to remove.

Works great. Cubes don't pipe out as easy as I'd hoped but not a problem. Very pleased

4.5 stars - more compact than a traditional ice cube trays yet it produces more ice. I was worried that it would be too floppy to get from the sink to the fridge but it’s fairly sturdy. Cubes separate easily but can be a little tricky to take out just because they’re so deep.

I would really rate these 4.5 or 4.9. They are my new favorite ice cube trays. 1. they are all silicone. The ones that are silicone and plastic together ripped apart where the two materials meet after just four months. 2. They are size appropriate for our latest freezer. They are all getting smaller but because of the size of these I can fit 6 trays in where they belong, 3 stacks of 2 high. 3. The only downside and not really even a downer is that because they are all silicone they do not release as rapidly. I just run them upside down under hot water for a few seconds and they pop out.
