Good interface while it works, bad support
I ordered this thing in June 2024, I really liked it.I noticed that the right side ran on the warm side, but not super-hot, so didn't stress over it.December 2024 the headphone audio started popping and dropping out.I created a ticket to get an RMA, got the RMA and sent it in, tracking said it was delivered on 12/30/2024I sent a message on 1/28/2025 asking about status, received a response the same day stating it was logged in waiting processing and he would get back to me as soon as he got information.The ticket status was changed to cancelled and repeated messages have gone unanswered.
