Algo 8028 SIP Door Phone / IP Intercom

Using these at several property unmanned gates. Work great. Easy to setup. Just make sure you do a firmware update. Took off one star as after a year the stainless faceplate is starting to discolor.

We like the this box but it doesn't feel very commercial but it works very well.The part we don't like is not a huge deal that it needs a controller that goes in the phone room that controls the door box at the front door is the part we don't like so much but it also adds flexibility to older installs that don't have a cat 5 to the front door, so we will deal with that.

Easy to configure and has advanced features! Love Algo products, they are very easy to connect with phone systems. Very reliable! Whenever I can use Algo SIP devices I will versus Viking. (Sorry Viking)

Great product exactely as described.. Also fantastic manufacturing support . This is a very robust and well designed product.This is installed at my driveway gate 1000' from the house. Work well with 3CX PBX.Very satisfied

This requires some technical knowledge or support from the phone and door control system vendor. But it works well once properly installed and configured, and does exactly what it should.

It's easy to set up and works most of the time but had to reprogram it after about 60 days because it wouldn't register with the sip server. Then reprogrammed again when it wouldn't accept the digit to open the door.

This intercom is great! Looks a lot nicer than a lot of intercoms out on the market. We installed this item to keep our doors locked at all times and for people to use the intercom and it works great.
