Pandan Extract for Baking, 0.8 fl oz (25 ml) by Butterfly Pandan Flavoring

The pandan tastes great. I use it on cocktails and have had perfect results. My customers love it.

This order came in six 0.8 fl oz plastic bottles, which wasn't a problem, just sayin'. The flavoring is a little thicker than I'm used to. I briefly microwaved it to achieve the consistency I prefer when using this product. I would buy this again.

Yup, it's Pandan flavor! It is really strong, which is great for using it in cocktails which is what I got it for. What I didn't expect was that it is VERY green, which makes it challenging to use without changing the color of the drinks. If it's St Patty's day, you're set with this stuff. I was trying to use it in a banana cream cocktail.

Easy to use, color was a nice deep pink in cookie batter, great flavor enhancer!

Pandan leaves are very hard to get i the U.S. , so while this may not be as good as having fresh leaves to work with, this extract is very good and has produced some excellent baked goods. So happy this is available to bring some of the asian flavors into my baking.

I had bought this same brand at an Asian market in my town and needed to get more. This doesn't taste anything like it. It's pretty much inedible, which is unfortunate as I really liked it( though it's very messy when pouring). Save yourself the trouble and look for one with better flavor and cleaner dispensing.

It taste ok but I don’t think I would buy this again.

I made my own coffee creamer with this. Tastes just like a mocha. Will definitely buy again.
