I've had other cases for my iPod for a number of years but when I found this particular case, I knew it was the one I desperately needed! The others were all plastic with a plastic clip that would break off of my belt whenever the iPod got caught on something or I needed to check on what time I was at in any particular podcast, which became very frustrating. This case has a spring clip to prevent these issues from occurring (unless you put a large amount of strain upon the clip), which provides for a more stress-free listening experience for me, which is what I was searching for. I highly recommend this product!

This is the second one of this style that I've gotten the first one lasted about 2 weeks until get the cord caught and there was a small yank and the the clip is barely a fixed to the back and it breaks. This is massively under engineered trash. I had a fixed clip for quite a long time until a particularly hard yank I broke that but I can't find those anymore. just know these things won't last if you use it to work out or you know yard work or anything. This most recent last a few months of very light use

Great fit and function. The clip works well and the ear phone jack still accessible. Easy to get on and off.

I loved this product at first, but about one week later, the clip broke. That is not too bad, though, as I was just looking for a protecter, not a sport clip.I would not use this for sports.The important thing to note, though, is that this package has 2 cases in it. one has a clip, the other has no clip and is clear. For that alone, I'll give it four stars!

Excellent

I had a flexible cover with a small clip made by Tranesca. It has spaces in the cover so you used the original buttons and didn't have to press cover (hard?) to get it to work. The back is hard plastic. Not what I wanted. Odd - cause the "free" clear cover has openings for all the buttons but no clip. I am not even going to try to put this on my ipod. Waste of money.

I bought this to replace a different iPod nano holder that lasted years before breaking. It's no longer available so I gave this a try. The case fit fine but one of the pins of the hinge broke off the second time I went to use it. No point in trying to repair brittle plastic and returning it is more trouble than it's worth. Guess I'm back to searching for something better elsewhere.
