No instructions what to do !!!** A: Hi. Sorry to hear there were no instructions. Basically blow up the balloon. Tie it. You can use a towel, carpet or a rug to get the bits inside to spread about. The tied bit can be put inside the balloon holder stick where the bow part meets together. **Q: How to get the confetti to stick to the inside of balloon …** A: This was the first balloon I purchased, no sooner was it blown up, I discovered it had a hole in it , so I couldn't use it. If it had been ok I would have rubbed the balloon along a carpet edge and hopefully the static would help to make the confetti stick. **Q: How do i attach the sticks into the toppers?!** A: There are enough sticking points Separately in the package for each stick, which fix stick and topper (stars, Writing) together. Just diy.
