Sturdy, as in big and bulky. More for outdoors not a garage. The quality appears to be quite good. Adhesiveness is not provided. There are holes for screws to be used, but not provided either.

I just bought a new car, which fits (barely) in a small old garage, and it's about 2" longer than my last car. I have to do that thing where you creep at a snail's pace to get the front bumper within an inch of the back wall in order to close the garage door. I can't see where I'm at without getting out, so I bought these curbs, which I can feel when parking. I put them in the exact right spot I need to be (without using the enclosed bolts) and they work perfectly.

I have a pickup that takes up the entire length of the garage. I placed these on the floor to stop me just before I touch the wall. When pulling forward into the garage, when the wheel makes contact with the rubber wheel stop, there is no doubt that you made contact. It stays in place and does move forward after repeated contacts while parking. This eliminated the risk of damage to the front wall. I would highly recommend this low tech alternative, if you need to precisely know where to stop your vehicle.

Overall the product works to know where to stop the car in the garage. My issue was the look of the product. The reflectors were unglued and falling off the stops. The stops looked like they had been used or were sitting in a warehouse gathering dust for a long time. Who ever packed them had no regard for sending out a poor looking product. I know they are meant to stop your vehicle but I would prefer to put the wear and tear on them myself.
