I couldn't use it
So I buy this new car (2023 kia forte) and the idiots at the dealership screwed the front plate too high, so the plate doesn't lay flush with the front edge; it's at an angle away from the car. So I see this and think, hey, I can attach this hinged plate mount to the holes they drilled then mount the plate to this holder and it can hang flush against the bumper. NOPE. The holes along the top edge of this (the part that mounts to the car) do not align with the holes in the plate. Is it a design flaw? I can't rightly say, but I can say if you're in a similar situation it won't work unless you put more holes in your bumper cover.

Works as it should
Bought this to relocate the front plate on my f150 eco. Had it for about a year now. I mounted it lower on the cowl. Yes, i had to make new holes but was worth it to me. Like how i can angle the plate back. Wind will push the plate back even if you tighten it good. Does seem a bit "flimsy". One good hit and i'm sure it'll break. Make sure to use stainless hardware as i have learned this the hard way. I knew better but didn't replace hardware in time. I'll probably end up destroying the bracket to get the plate removed. Having said that, it still was worth the price. I even bought one for my wifes Tacoma. Yes, i replaced hardware with stainless in time and have had no issues thus far.I do like the bracket, just wish it was made a little more "robust"......
