Arrived with broken part but replacement sent with little fuss. Certainly keeps office cool. Noise acceptable.

It's very very difficult to empty the water tank which is situated behind the unit right by the floor. You have to squeeze your hand in a small gap and unclip some kind of electrical unit in order to get the tray out and obviously clip it back on after replacing the tray. I find this extremely difficult and with my bad back can't see me doing this often which for me makes the unit unusable. I think this should be explained clearly in the description to save people who aren't very nimble buying something they can barely manage to use.

This air cooler is a good size and does the job well. The remote is compact gives good control at a distance. Ice blocks can be placed in the top (easy access) or in the water tank.I have given the product a low star rating because of problems with the water tank which can barely be opened far enough to add water let alone the ice blocks. Also the instructions say to remove the water tank after use in order to empty for health reasons but I can find no way to remove it as there are fixed attachments inside the tank.I really like the fan and its effectiveness and would otherwise have given it 5 stars.

No noticeable difference in moisture in the air. Very noisy, buy a fan.

1st) it took its time too arrive.2nd) arrived in a damaged box with damaged item with a unprofessional delivery man!3rd) it did not work, did not let out cold air.4th) took up space.. it's like a mini fridge.5th) returning the item is a hassle.6th) you have to carry the giant to a post shop to return it.7th) waiting for a reply from the seller is also time consuming.8th) waiting for a refund, is an inconvenience.9th) not received any refund yet, still waiting.10) what a waste of time.

I don't know if Amazon will publish this review, but I had a very bad experience with this company, resulting in delays and finding that I had three castors, not four. I could not get things resolved quickly and there seemed to be a problem with my carrier, who suddenly couldn't find my address, even though he had delivered to me before.This was happening during the hottest heatwave this country has ever seen and I was desperate for a reliable machine. The machine itself seems to be nothing special and not really worth the wait and the delay. Right now I am having to use it without castors and filling the bottom half is a problem.Not an experience I ever want to repeat.

The unit does what it says by giving cold air at a decent rate.The problem arises when you have to change the water. No clear instructions how to do it but once you work it out it can be done. it is a bit of a nightmare trying to get the tray back into the unit, me having big hands really struggled to do this. Have gone back to a small fan for now as the water has to be changed every three days and can't be bothered with the struggle of getting the water tray back in.

Impiegato sia come umidificatore che come raffrescatore, funziona bene in ambienti anche abbastanza grandi con soli 75 watt di assorbimento. Le diverse regolazioni permettono di ottenere sempre il giusto confort in tempi relativamente brevi. L'aspetto esteriore è piacevole e nella sua semplicità si sposa con qualsiasi ambiente, sia classico che moderno. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cet appareil a 3 fonctions, ventilateur, rafraichisseur d'air et humidificateur d'air. Il m'a l'air de bonne qualité et fonctionne bien. Il rafraîchit bien la pièce avec un débit d'air jusqu'à 400m3/H pour une consommation de 75 watts. On peut le programmer pour qu'il diffuse l'air frais sur un endroit fixe ou bien d'un côté à l'autre de la pièce avec un réglage manuel ou automatique. Les différents modes permettent d'avoir des ventilations variées entre autre le mode nature qui modifie automatiquement la vitesse de ventilation pour simuler un vent naturel tantôt fort et tantôt faible, en mode nuit la ventilation s'arrête progressivement. Pour le rafraichisseur d'air, sur le dessus il y a une trappe à soulever sous laquelle se trouve un réservoir d'eau de 8L où l'on peut y mettre des packs réfrigérants (il y en a 4 de fournis, 2 grands et 2 petits) pour intensifier la fraîcheur. On peut programmer via le panneau tactile sur l'appareil ou via la télécommande qui a une portée de 6m max. Il a un minuteur qui peut aller jusqu'à 7h50. Le filtre à air est amovible. L'appareil a des poignées intégrées et est sur roulettes ce qui permet de le déplacer facilement. Je trouve qu'il fait bien son travail.Un achat utile et pratique dont je suis satisfaite.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrivato con un giorno di anticipo, ben imballato e anche internamente ogni componente in perfette condizioni, non vedevo l'ora di vederlo e di provarlo, mi piace molto, comodo, pratico ed anche esteticamente mi piace. Mi toccherà prenderne un altro, che i figli già vogliono impossessarsene questa estate.

Il prodotto é arrivato perfettamente, sono davvero sorpreso! Essendo in una zona dove fa veramente caldo avevo bisogno proprio di questo prodotto! Si può spostare senza problemi perché ha le ruote,lo utilizzo anche per dormire perché fa molto silenzio.É anche comodo da mettere perché non é grande. Davvero soddisfatto del mio acquisto
