Firstly, it's a renewed product with not even a single scratch. The audio splitter which is supposed to be in the box is missing and the 7.1 surround sound code is already used. But other than that the device is new as any device can be.Top notch product by razer at an affordable price! The quality of the build is very good for the price and the sound is perfect for gaming. My favourite thing is the mic though. Mic is so good and it's comparable to heaphones that cost twice or thrice. It isolates all the noise other than your voice very well and sounds clear and crisp to the person you're speaking too. I also love the fact that it's discord certified and which makes it more better while gaming. Sound quality is pretty good while playing other media as well. The passive noise cancellation is better than any other headphones in this price range. The razer 7.1 surround sound activation code that comes within the package is a good addition for gaming. It fits perfectly for me and the ear cups are soft and as comfortable as it can be. Overall a solid product and I'd recommend this to anyone easily.

I got a nearly new product, except for the box everything else is almost new;). And I even got the Virtual surround sound activation card :D.Comfort: 4/5 comfortable earpads and headband, clamping was on higher side but it decreased after 2 days. I was able to wear them for 2hrs without even feeling anything. Build is not that good but it is okay if you are not rough with it.Sound:3.5/5 Good for gaming. Bass is not too overpowering but not that punchy either, slightly woofy:(. Top end is lacking (not sparkly). Mids are fine.Sound stage is not that wide but okay. Instrument seperation is fine for the most part.Not that great for music. All the frequencies from upper mids are lacking. Tried EQing and got little improvement (wavelet app is a great Equalizer, with all the presets and frequency graphs of various headphones which can be applied and they actually work. I tried the graphs of Abyss AB-1266 and Meze Empyrean with noticable difference.Watching movies is good for most part.If you have any virtual surround sound software it works good. Movies with great sound mixing (Dunkirk:) are enjoyable.The Mic: 4.5/5 The best part of these headphones. The main reason I bought these. The only problem is that it is not removable nor retractable.For 2700(the price I got these) they are not the best overall. But the mic is important for me. If gaming or the mic is important only then I would recommend buying these.

I bought these a year and a half ago. They were pretty good. The mic had some issues in the start but that was fixed easily. The audio quality isn’t the best for music but if you just want to game it’s not actually bad. The mic isn’t that bad but could’ve been better. The reason I’m giving it a one star is that mine stopped working after almost a year and a half, however, that could be because i got a defected product.

This thing is oppppEpic stuff really awesome headphones- 3.5k the look is classy and sound and the mic are op the mute button works well and also the volume dial literally 0% dents or marks only the activation code was used thats it 1k less for without code amazing deal hyperx and logitech dont stand a chance in competing in this budget amazing budget amazing headsets although i have still 6 days warranty ill observe them further

Issues i face is like from speaker sounds leaks and mic picks tht sounds so kinda gets annoyed rest headphone is sexy
