Life can get really busy, and sometimes I barely have time to sit down for breakfast. But this has become my go-to in the morning alongside a cup of coffee. It’s a great source of energy, packed with protein, low in sugar, and keeps me full for 3–4 hours until lunch. It’s both healthy and satisfying, making it the perfect start to my day.

I've eaten a lot of RX bars in my life and have enjoyed all the flavors I've tried. I got these for my husband because he needs either a quick snack or a breakfast bar each day. These are perfect for an on-the-go lifestyle as they are easy to take with you wherever you are headed. Throw them in your briefcase, gym bag or purse and even pocket. On the road for 6 weeks and needed a convenient source of high protein with no processed sugar. All flavors were moist and tasty. Nuts added crunch that I miss in other bars. I had not tried these before, so the variety pack was great. Chocolate Sea Salt was especially good. Will order again.

I read quite a lot of reviews before purchasing and funny thing...many of the flavors ppl disliked turned out to be my most favorite. And the flavors they liked the most, were the ones I liked the least lol. My point is, you just gotta try them for yourself. Yes, the texture is a bit odd due to the chewy nature of dates, but that's one thing I love about these: they take a while to eat. You can't really scarf it down, ya know?And now a word about sugar: yes, there is a lot of sugar in one bar, relativity speaking. But. BUT! If you are like me, sugar from natural sources like dates and dark chocolate doesn't affect you the same as refined sugar that's in soda and candy. Dates are low on the glycemic index numbers. Meaning yes, gram for gram sugar is sugar, but sometimes sugar coming from natural sources (like dates) doesn't give you a hunger spike later. My tummy feels happy and satisfied for a long time. These are healthy. They’re heavyweight and sticky on the teeth, so if that’s an issue, you might want to look elsewhere, but I break them off in small pieces vs biting into them, and that seems to help. I love them. Many of my friends do not.

This is a good sampler if you want to try and see which flavors you like without getting too many of any of them. However, I received a full box but then realized than there were only half of the advertised quantity. I contacted Amazon and they quickly sent another box with the other half. Also, I noticed several of the bars were within 30 days of their expiration date (most were at least 6 months to a year later). Everything tasted fine, but just watch out.

****Update****Contact the company directly if there's an issue. I had to email them and they responded the next day. Not only did they apologize and hear me out, but they also sent me the bars I was missing and then some. They gave me both the classic and new variety packs as compensation. Overwhelmed with gratitude for a company that stands behind their product, listens to their customers and takes care of them.----‐‐--------------------------------------------WARNING!! Flavors shown may not actually be what you get!!!! Super disappointed after purchasing these because in the description and picture it shows that Blueberry and Mixed Berry are part of the assortment. Well, they lie. I would have given 5 stars if that was the case. The boxes came perfectly intact, the product is fabulous, and the price point is great. Wish I would have known about the flavors just being whatever they decide to send you because I would have just purchased them individually instead. But if you don't care about knowing what flavors you're getting this is a great bargain.

I love the flavor of these bars! If you are typically a healthier eater, you will love these. If you typically prefer sugar laden foods, this is not or you.Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because when I ordered the description said I would be receiving a BULK order and only 12 bars arrived. Amazon credited for the order but I was still disappointed that I did not receive what was advertised. This was not buyer error, it was seller error.
