Gala Mop with spare mop
We have been using Gala Mops for years. This is first time we have received the packaging torn apart. We also found both the Mops soft. Normally mop is hard & you have to soak in water for atleast 1/2 hour in a bucket. Surprised at the bad quality. Wish I had taken photos of packaging as well as the Mops. Very very disappointed with quality & inspection by your staff.

not as expected
Earlier I had a gala sponge mop and it was fantastic. But this new model is not good. It is not cleaning the water from surface perfectly and leaving the water droplets. I was not expecting this bad quality from gala. It's better to use the sponge mop from other brands.
