Nice table set, perfect for our small kitchen.
As described. Took husband about 30 mins to put together, chairs were most fiddly but all. Top of table is a laminate style finish so can be a bit slippy.

Who says size matters?
This may be small but is perfect for two people. It was relatively easy to assemble, although one of the chairs is a bit wobbly but not noticeable on carpet. For the price I was pleasantly surprised and it looks good and fits much better than the larger table it’s replaced. The table looks far better quality than I was expecting. Would happily buy more from this range.

Relatively easy to assemble with Allen Key Bolts.
The table is easier to bolt than the chairs, however, the screws holding the seat continue to loosen a little with movement. But it's good and stable.

Check all holes are drilled properly
Table was very good one of the chairs did not have all the holes drilled fortunately I was able to do it myself.

Great purchase!
Arrived well packed, easy to lay out and assemble, I did it myself, and I'm 78 years of age and suffering from arthritis. The chairs are comfortable to sit on for long periods. The ensemble looks great also.

First class company
It is quite difficult to find a compact kitchen table with proper chairs that will fit neatly underneath, this certainly fits the bill and the customer service I received from Megan at Hallowood was 10/10. The table was very easy to assemble and looks great in my kitchen with a bright (faux) pot plant, very sturdy but not too heavy too move for cleaning - I did put pads under the legs to protect the floor. As others have remarked the chairs do not impress as much but they are functional, we had a problem with the assembly diagram but once we were advised that we did not need to use the metal plates we were ok. I have used a pair of burnt orange chair pads from Dunelm as I did not like the suede effect fabric and the look needed a pop of colour. Fair value for money and I recommend both the Ledbury set and Hallowood the seller.
