Bends better than my ex and never chokes under pressure.
I bought this to take on holiday with my diving equipment to do some snorkelling on the beach, but letโs be honest โ I mostly use it to look cool while flopping around like an overexcited sea otter. The SEAC Turtle folds like itโs been doing yoga in Bali for six years and pops back into shape like itโs got something to prove. Itโs made of 100% hypoallergenic silicone, which is great because the last thing I need is an allergic reaction when Iโm already gasping for air and reevaluating my life choices underwater. Plus, itโs so smooth and flexible, I briefly considered taking it out for dinner. 10/10 would dive with it again. Just donโt Google โflexible silicone snorkelโ with SafeSearch off. Trust me.

Fairly good
Design is simple and effective, the silicon construction as a single piece is nice as it let's it fold up and fit in hand luggage. The mouth piece is on the small side

Seac, always good quality.
Great quality, hopefully it will last. Easy to pack away in a BCD pocket for emergencies

The SEAC snorkel is a wellโdesigned, reliable piece of gear that does exactly what you want it to do: stay comfortable, stay clear, and stay out of the way while youโre in the water. The mouthpiece is soft and ergonomic, making it easy to use for long sessions without jaw fatigue. It has that โforget itโs thereโ feel, which is exactly what a good snorkel should offer. Breathing resistance is low and smooth, and the tube design helps keep water out even in choppier conditions. When a bit of water does get in, the purge valve clears it quickly with a single, easy exhale. The splash guard on top does a great job reducing accidental intake, especially when surface swimming. The snorkel attaches securely to a mask strap and stays put without wobbling or shifting. Itโs lightweight, streamlined, and doesnโt create drag, which makes it great for both casual snorkeling and more active freediving-style

Seac Snorkel
Fairly sturdy for a foldable snorkel, holds shape well. Seems well built. However, no valves inbuilt to mitigate water ingress. The biggest fault to me though is the storage cup. As you can see from the picture it doesn't fit fully into the cup (unlike the Mares version) it hangs out approximately 40-50% of it. So more of a design fault, as I would expect the snorkel to fit completely into the cup.

Ok for travel/occasional use, wouldn't recommend if using a lot
Bought for last minute snorkeling, and did the job. They are a bit flimsy though, so found the snorkel tipped backwards even after connecting it to a mask. A traditional snorkel wouldn't have done that, but then you couldn't fold one of those up to save space, so keep that in mind!
