The griddle is heavy. It does cover 2 burners and should work for my purposes

The size is perfect for a portable butane burner. One can push the half cooked meat or vegetable to the end while cooking the fresh raw meat in the middle where the fire is. Heat retention is very good as the material being cast iron. It is better cooker than the average Korean BBQ restaurant.
