**Q: What is a battery insulating sheet?  Someone said to stop the sound you plug it in.**
A: I believe that is the plastic thing that you usually find when you buy new toys with batteries it covers the terminal so the battery don’t make contact so the toy won’t play, but this toy does not make noise unless in use, and mine didn’t have that piece
