Yes, very easy to do but requires soldering. You’ll need to get an RX. I got the radiomaster RP1, works great. YouTube how to add it, pretty straight forward

IS it outdoor flyable?

Yes as a matter of fact its really only good for outside as its big and the blades aren't protected.
