Love this book, great value for money it’s a must, you can track how you feel what you eat and drinks and sleep but in a fun calm way cannot recommend enough

This is brilliant... it has also helped me keep track of my miles run and steps taken each day

Great for self-care
This is a great journal to help you improve your self-care and track your efforts daily. What I found worked for me was either focusing on a couple of areas at a time (sleep, mood, 5 a day) and maybe skipping some of the areas. It can be a little full on and overwhelming trying to track everything. Otherwise a great resource - just find what you are interested in tracking and go with these as opposed to pressuring yourself to complete every single page.

Fun way to think about yourself
This journal reminds me of the quilt pages inside women's mags. I like the fact it's an active book, you fill in the pages via colouring, listing, ticking boxes. It gets you thinking about yourself, your physical health and your mental well being. It's great to have some introspection that isn't too heavy. It helps you become self aware rather than self obsessed.

Superb journal - highly recommend
I highly recommend this journal. I love it. There are beautiful quotes throughout, fun activities and additional topics on all aspects of health and wellbeing.

Cute, but not as helpful
The journal itself looks very nice, I like that there's a lot of colouring involved in keeping track of your mood/stress/hours of sleep/water intake/fruit&veg portions per day. It gets kind of repetitive after a while, though. I wish there were more activities or lists to fill, and more things to help you tackle down stress/anxiety. Not the first one I would recommend, probably.

Nice to look at. Only worth it if you have time to colour every day
Nice concept but stopped remembering to fill in the pages such as water intake at the end of a hectic day. Lots of things to track
