Bought this as a bday gift. The quality of the print was great, it's a bit darker than I thought it would be, but that's probably because of the topcoat that changes the colour. It was funny to see my friend go from a bit disappointed from getting just a regular black mug to happy from getting a personalised mug. Delivery took a while, but the mug arrived within the specified dates. Packaging was good enough to protect the mug for travel; however, it would be nice if it came in a giftable box. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

Good but one of the cups isn’t printed perfectly can see lines running down it and there is a White patch on the back when it’s a place picture

A good mug. The print looked good. The black didn't fully uncover the very corners but was perfectly fine

I got this cup for my boyfriend birthday,ofcourse with photo of myself, its nice also I was expecting with photo on one side of cup but even better its on both sides and text In middle.

It's not dark enough the person can actually see the photo before the hot water touches it.
