Love these. I’m using it for inflammation in my knees. Works great if you take daily. Also makes you go to the bathroom (not bad at all). Also saw a drop in blood pressure.

Very nice flavor. Distinct Bergamot flavor. Creamy - I don’t know how they achieve this - but it actually is creamy and smooth with no bitterness.

The tea itself is great, no complaints there. What I really didn’t like however (and would not purchase had I known this) was the choice of plastic tea bags to package the tea for consumption. It has widely been demonstrated that plastic tea bags are harmful and can cause micro plastics to be digested into your body when combined with boiling water. For this reason I am deducting four stars as no tea and especially not one marketed as a health tea” should be packaged in plastic bags and would strongly encourage the manufacturers to switch to paper bags instead.

I like a lot of flavors in my tea.. It’s hard to find that in an herbal tea. This has that full flavor I desire.

Sadly, I can’t taste much mint, and the packaging is wrapped in PLASTIC as is the tea!
