Hero Collector | Battlestar Galactica Collection | Battlestar Valkyrie with Magazine Issue 17 by Eaglemoss

Ordered this over Christmas, and was very satisfied! So far, I have this and the Pegasus in my collection. It's slightly smaller than Pegasus, but sleaker/sharper, in a knife/razer sort of way. When I first opened it I giggled a little, it was exactly what I was hoping for. Lots of attention to detail, weight. All exactly what I was looking for.

Eaglemoss makes excellent products and the BSG Valkyrie is an perfect example of that. The build quality is great and the details are fantastic. I will definitely be purchasing more of these products in the future.

Excellent start to the collection

Valkyrie came on time and no damage to the box. I have the Galatica and Pegasus from Moebius Models , they are a lot bigger and looks grate with the hero collector Valkyrie next to them. I did pay 80$(I got it in 2020, I been waiting for 3 year for the Valkyrie to come out). Two of the engine pod pop off, But nothing glue could not fix. I did not like the paint job on it. The weathering look like a 10 year old put it on. I spent three hours repainting it with steel paint, new weathering, better color red on the trim, and made the gun a dark gray, looks grate now. I would pay 100$ for the Valkyrie with this paint job on it now.

This Item was in the reimagine Battlestar Galactica reboot series from 2003-2009. Pacifically in the episode Blood & Chrome. The Valkyrie was part of a ghost fleet in this episode that could attack the Cylon Empire in the first war effectively in their flanks. This was Adama’s first starship in the colonial fleet that he commanded. This item is very detailed model from the Hero Collector.Com series in the U.S. & U.K. I personally recommend and I endorse this seller on Amazon. It is an impressive looking ship, the first one arrived damaged, but it was a really easy return process and exchange for a new one. After I received the new one, I set it up. It did not sit on the provided stand as securely as the other battlestars that I have purchased. Also it was smaller than the other three Battlestars. Because it was smaller it did not look right sitting beside them. So in the end, I returned it.

I love this product, very well done. However the price was just a bit much but I will say worth spending nearly $60. I'm planning to buy the BSG Pegasus, if it is the same size as the BSG Valkyrie then maybe lower the price a bit for the Valkyrie.

This ship has some really good detail. Decent weight too.

I bought this, along with the Mk3 Viper, from Radar Toys because Eaglemoss UK were out of stock of this and the MK3 Viper. They had to come all the way from Eugene, Oregon, but it was worth paying a little extra for them. Radar processed the order quickly, I just wish I could say the same of DHL's service. Anyway, the model itself, though slightly smaller than expected, is great. Highly detailed, as is usual for Eaglemoss, it looks like it means business and it looks great alongside my original Battlestar Galactica, the reboot Galactica and the Pegasus. I only need a few more and I'll have the full BSG set.

Super encantado con esta Battlestar que se agrega la colección. Llegó en tiempo y forma, todo muy bien. En cuanto a la nave, estoy encantado, me fascina esta nave llamada Valkyrie, los detalles son asombrosos, la calidad de los materiales es magnífica y los acabados y colores de la pintura son inmejorables. No puede faltar en cualquier colección de Battlestar Galactica.

Arrived in-tack but with no magazine included and both of the upper engines were not stuck on straight - both engines were on an angle - disappointed
