I've been extremely impressed with this massage gun. It has plenty of power, multiple speed settings, and a variety of attachments that make it easy to target different muscle groups. The battery life is outstanding and seems to last forever between charges, which is a huge plus. Update September 20, 2022: I've just increased my rating from 4 stars to 6. It's not my fault that Amazon doesn't show the last star. I called their support number late Thursday afternoon and left a message about the broken massager. Early Monday I got a call from them asking for photos, my mailing address and an order number so they could verify the sale and send me a replacement. I sent them photos and a link to this review a little later Monday. I also mentioned that if possible I'd prefer a refund since I had already bought a replacement. Monday night I got an email telling me that the refund had been sent to Amazon. When I replied late at night their time to thank them I got another reply within minutes. Some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time, especially these days when everyone is having trouble finding enough employees to get the job done. It says something good about the company that they seem to be able to keep a really good customer service team. Outstanding customer service and an outstanding product which they are willing to stand behind. Original review: This is the best massager I've found yet. It does an incredible job of breaking up tight muscles and knots. I mostly use one attachment and mostly use it on my legs and forearms but I have even used it on my head and the back of my neck. It's great for working around kneecaps and even across joints with the right attachment and pressure. For as effective as it is it's also gentler than any other I've tried. I've actually bought 4 of these now including one for a friend, one I gave away as a gift and one for me. In addition several people who tried mine bought their own, including 3 massage therapists. Until a few days ago the only complaint I had was that the battery didn't seem to have much bottom. It would last quite a while but when it got low it would go from low to dead really quickly, then it's pretty slow to charge. But now I have another complaint, and the reason I had to buy a 4th one. The handle separated from the body. It's inserted fairly deeply into a pretty solid sleeve so I don't know what went wrong. It's a very strong connection in terms of sideways force but for some reason this one came detached. Since I haven't seen other complaints about the same problem I'm going to assume it was some sort of a fluke and hope it won't happen again. It certainly hasn't happened to any of the 10 or so people I know who own and use one. I love the job it does so much that even though this one only lasted 4 or 5 months I'm buying another because I need it. I'll see about contacting them through their website and will update this review after I do. In any case the gun works great and I like it enough I've replaced it after being without it for just a couple of days.

I've owned numerous of these massage guns and this has been my favorite so far. It's a little bit smaller has a powerful motor and I love the red light therapy and the heated tip on the one head. The problem I had was that the connector where you plugged in the charging port broke and I thought it was out of warranty so I went ahead and took it apart trying to fix it myself. Come to find out it was not out of warranty and I voided the warranty because I took it apart. But great customer service great communication they went ahead and replaced it for me and no cost even though I had damaged the back of it and taken it out of warranty. I want to thank them very much for going ahead and replacing it for me this has been my favorite of all the massage guns I've ever owned and I will continue to purchase from this company moving forward. I decide to buy the Bob and Brad massage gun after reading and watching many massage gun reviews to find one that fit my budget and would also be of good quality and suit my needs. I wanted a massage gun under $150, not overly bulky or heavy, and could provide enough power to be effective. Now that I have the massage gun in hand and have been using it once a day for 3 days, I can say that I'm pretty thrilled to have it. It provides more than enough power for my needs, is not bulky like a full size gun, but also not too small like the ultra compact ones you see. I believe there are a very small number of massage guns available of this quality for $80-$100. That's the other thing I'm extremely pleased with. I was willing to spend up to $150 but was really much more comfortable at $100. Paying only $80 was a total bonus! My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the battery life and decibel level was not what I expected based on the reviews I watched. Both of course are subjective. It's a tad louder than expected but by no means considered loud in my opinion. The battery does not last as long as I expected but understand that this is highly dependent on how much you are using it. So far I've been using it once a day for 3 days on several parts of my body and the battery is down to 25%. That means I'll have to charge it every 4 days. I suppose that's not bad for how much I'm using it right now but like I said, I was expecting a bit more strictly based on the reviews I read and watched. In short, if you are on the fence with this massage gun, don't be. Just buy it and be happy. UPDATE: After having this massage gun for 4 months, I'd decrease my rating and no longer recommend it. It continues to work well but has become more noisy. The entire plastic frame rattles now when I apply pressure. It seems like the 2 sections of the gun that are probably screwed together have come loose. The grip on the gun has also become loose and moves. I imagine this will just get worse with time. When it comes time to replace this massage gun, I will be looking at other brands. I actually just bought a massage gun for a family member for Christmas and choose another brand due to my extended experience with Bob and Brad.

I wanted to get something cheap for my forearms and couldn't find an adequate hand roller that would do the job - even an expensive one. So then I started seeing cheap guns for $25 or so and thought that might be worh it. I saw reviews on some of the popular ones and didn't want to spend that kind if money on the off chance that it would be good enough. At that point I did a little homework in what the "best" guns were and, of course, you can spend as much money as you've got. I looked for a quality affordable model and this one came up. It wasn't cheap, but there were LOTS of more expensive models that were probably overkill for my needs. Like a lot of things, you probably need to spend around a hundred dollars for quality these days. So I settled on this Bob and Brad model - and I don't think I could be happier. This thing is solid and looks well made. I think it's going to outlast me. And the battery is great. My wife and I will both use it in the same day and it barely puts a dent in the battery life. I can see this lasting at least a week on one charge for our usage. It's got several attachments which is nice and the massage itself is powerful even on low and you can get very deep with it. Totally happy. Anyway, for the price, this is a great value that doesn't have any compromises that I can see. I highly recommend this gun and will definitley get another if I need one.

I've watched numerous videos online featuring physical therapists Bob and Brad over the years, so when I suffered a fractured tibial plateau, I knew I'd be using their recommendations for rehab when the time came. It was during a PT session at my therapists office that I overheard another client talking about a massage gun he was getting ready to order for his knee injury. He said he'd done extensive research and found one for a good price. I asked him which one he was going to get, and when he said Bob and Brad was the brand, I KNEW it was for me too! I ordered it that day and it has been a life saver for me. Being a 75-yo woman, the 'gun' seemed too heavy for me to manage initially, but once I got used to the weight in my hand, it's been no problem. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day to ease tight tendons and muschle aches. It has options for every ache and pain you can imagine. It charges quickly and holds the charge for a significant period of time. It comes in a great little case to keep all the accessories in one place. Easy to use and easy to carry with me, I love this massage gun. Bob and Brad - they're the most famous physical therapists on the internet and this is only one reason why! UPDATE: Unfortunately for me, the massage gun stopped charging. FORTUNATELY for me, BOB AND BRAD PRODUCTS stand behind their guarantee and within a few days after contacting them, I had a new massage gun in hand. No hassle, plesant experience, and I'm so glad to have relief in hand again!

Very good item, just the right size, my last one was to long and needed a special AC Adapter, this one is shorter with better attachments to use on my leg and shoulder, I also love that these are USB C charging ports, no specialy adapter to charge this unit, doesn't come with a charger, only a Usb A to Usb C cable.

Very strong motor that hits tight knots and feels great. The head attachments included are thorough and comprehensive - I love the flat head that can cool and warm up so I can change the temp depending on my needs. They include a USB-C charger cable, spare rubber grommets, and a travel carry case which is very thoughtful and has let me enjoy it even when I'm overseas. The 2 year warranty is very generous, and they upheld it when my unit had an issue. This product is seriously great value and I use it every day.

Buena relación calidad precio Positivo: Viene en un estuche compacto, aspecto premium, peso 650 gramos solo la pistola. Cabezales de calidad, con rosca. Se puede utilizar la función calor +infrrojo a la vez. Ergonómica. Negativo: La función calor es de metal(no lo especifica en ningún lado, la foto es engañosa) aun asi cumple, calienta en unos 2 minutos. Es mentira que no se puede utilizar durante la carga, la pistola se enciende cargandose. La percusión es algo fuerte incluso en el nivel 1, si lo quieres para masaje-relajación, no es tu pistola.
