These are pricey but I tried the off brands Amazon sells and had problems with them. Sometimes if you want things to work as designed you have to pay the money and get the refills made by the company that made the label maker. No problems with these.

one of the tape cassettes is not functional. 5 of the 6 tape cassettes function well.
When I went to use one of the tape cassettes, the tape it self did not extend out for the dymo to catch it and print. the other 5 seem to be fine. The lack of a tape tail made that cassette unusable.

Great deal
I am reorganizing all my files for the last 10 years and ran out of my labeling tape midway. The seller shipped the tape and I received them the next day and could complete my file cabinet project. These are the name brand of the tapes. I don’t like using compatible items as I’ve had multiple bad experiences with printer inks in the past and I do not want to find an off brand tape that may fade over time. Nice used this brand since 2010 and all the laser Ed tapes are e still in original color in my file drawers.

These are AUTHENTIC, exactly what you'd pay almost $10 for a 2pack at local W store
I ran out of label tape in the middle of a project, and ran up to my local "Wmart" and their IN STORE price for one 2-pack was 18 dollars and change! Their on line price (order on line and pick up in store) was 9 dollars and change!So any way you look at it, this is a VERY GOOD DEAL. And it is genuine Dymo label tape.
