Great service
We loved this stove. It's very well designed for all kinds of cooking especially the air fryer setting. We did have a problem with our original unit, but these guys have the best customer service I have ever seen. Will definitely suggest this product.

Dead out of the box
Wired to spec, weird that it doesn't use a neutral. 240 going to it. Lights turn on for a split second than off. No fans kick on, no heat. FYI there is no tech support on weekends, only week days. Update, their website's support section is a phone number that no one answers. But you can leave you number, name and email address to get help. This is not an American company. It says it is on the device but all the components are made in China. The 2 addresses associated with Gasland Chef, 3330-A Marathon Ct, North Charleston, SC 29418 and36 S 18th Ave STE A, Brighton, CO 80601, do not list ANY companies with the Name of GASLAND CHEF.Don't bother calling their support line, no one picks up

Nice Oven with plenty of cooking options

Very stylish with lots of functions
I really like the looks of this oven. The inside tray catches drips and spills to make cleanup easier. The only thing I am not sure I like or dislike is all the settings the oven provides. I always have to consult the manual to determine which setting to use. Other than that, it is a very functional and accurate oven.

Very hard to install
This was the second one that I had ordered. The first one arrived damaged. Looked like a forklift tine had punctured the box and the back side of the oven. Return was very easy, just boxed it up and UPS came the next day and took it. The new oven arrived fine. It calls for a 22 x 23 inch opening. The problem is the oven that goes in the opening is 22.9 inches tall. The flexible metal cable holding the electric cord is about an inch tall and connects to the top of the oven. So you have approximately 24 inches in height going in a 23 inch opening. It took about 15 minutes getting it into the space having to press down hard on the center back because of the cable. I think we may have slightly dented the case, but it is in. Oven works well, just a nightmare getting it in the opening. Also the channel at the bottom front was to narrow to fit over the cabinet frame. It should have dropped down about 3/8 of an inch but doesn't so there is a 1/4 inch space between the top the the frame and the bottom of the oven. Other than installation it is a nice looking oven that seems to work well.

Size and easy to clean
It was easy to install. Looks GREAT ,COOKS GREAT ONCE I FIGURED OUT THE SYMBOLS FOR EACH FUNCTION. A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY. JUST THE RIGHT SIZE ,NO NEED FOR A HUGE OVEN USING ALL THAT ELECTRICITY. LOVE MY AIR FRYER THAT MATCHES. BOTH HAVE KNOBS AND NO CLOCKS USING POWER 24\7.

The Manual is worthless and misleading. Support personel were unfamiliar with the product
Now that we have the oven installed we like it alright for the price. Before ordering I located the manual on-line (the one enclosed with the oven is identical) and modified our cabinetry to fit the rough-in illustrations. The manual shows an opening behind for connection in an under counter installation and refers to a section on connection that does not exist in the manual. The actual port for connection is on top of the oven and the rough-in opening height does not allow room for the connection. When I emailed product support asking how the connection is to be made (hoping that the missing "Electrical Connection Options" part of the manual would be helpful they responded promptly and then insisted over multiple back and forths from 12/12-12/21 that the connection was on the back (misunderstanding the illustration in their own manual). I suggested that they have someone actually look at an oven. They consulted with their "engineers" and finally admitted that there is no connection on the back and that there is not adequate room in the illustrated cut-out for the connection. I suggested that they have someone familiar with the oven rewrite the manual but they gave no indication that they would do so. On 12/21 they offered to let me return the oven but my options for Christmas family dinner were dwindling so I Dremeled a hole in the back of the oven and did a non-code installation myself.

Looks good but mechanical knobs seem rough, installation issues
First of all. I must give Amazon delivery a five star rating for quick delivery. Now, to the oven itself. It looks nice compared to the forty year old wall oven I replaced. I have not cooked anything in it yet, so I will reserve judgment on that. What I had issues with is 1) The access for installing the wire is so small, I had to get my wife with small hands to slip the connectors in place. The thin sheet metal at the access hole was very sharp and my wife cut her hand installing the blade connectors, A real PITA! 2) This is the first oven I have installed that came with flexible metal conduit but supplied nothing for a strain relief on the unit. They ran the damn wires through the flexible metal conduit and then taped both ends that you had to cut away in order to fit it into the junction box. The wire nuts included were too small to connect to 10ga solid single strand wire.3) What I disliked the most about this unit was the teeny tiny icon driven controls. It is impossible to clearly determine which each knob or icon controls unless you have a magnifying glass and the manual with you when you cook. I seriously doubt the icons printed around the control knobs will last a few cleanings and will disappear.I would not recommend this oven to anyone and wish I could have seen one before purchasing this. I wish I could send it back but had to tear the packaging apart just to get it out. Thank God I was able to put it into a rental unit and not have to deal with them tiny, useless icons. There are no instructions on how to use the rotisserie feature, but just guessing I figure you stick your meat on the rod and jamb it into the socket on the back wall leaving the front to just hang in mid air. When done, I'm guessing you are suppose to screw the plastic handle on the rod and pull your meat out. I don't know... doubt that that feature gets used at all. For as much money spent on this unit, I feel like I should have spend a thousand dollars more and got a good ol' American Made brand.
