Get that restful night's sleep you need
I've been using these every night for the past years and they work great for me. I take about an hour before bed and when I hit the pillow I'm out! I love that they offer a melatonin free option! If you take too much melatonin your body will stop producing it naturally. I have mild insomnia as well.

Sleep at last
From the first time I took them I slept about 6 hrs. Now I am sleeping 7 to 8 hrs at night. Before I started with these sleep aids I was doing good to sleep 4 to 5 hrs. These are all natural, no prescription drugs. I am very pleased with the results.

Not returnable--save your money
I blame myself for not taking the time to see if this product was returnable, which it is not. In any case, a product that is supposed to help one to sleep did just the opposite for me. I tossed and turned three nights in a row and finally realized something in this formula was causing my problem. In addition, I felt like my heart was racing during the day. I know these products work differently for everyone, but it seems to me that any company that had confidence in the products it was selling would offer a refund if the customer was unhappy. I have made a note to myself to steer clear of of this company's products going forward and to make sure I see "available for refund" whenever possible when making future purchases. Life Seasons--shame on you.

The 3 Z's are misleading
I thought I had finally found something that would help me get more adequate sleep but it isn't much better than any of the others I've used. From the reviews, I was excited because I use a few of the other products by the same company and they work great. I've taken up to 3 and was tempted to take 4 but didn't want to push it. At 3, I didn't feel anymore than 1. I felt the same exact way. Completely disappointed 😞
