Good replacement
I purchased this battery to replace my current one and it works great. It keeps a good charge especially when I am using it.

Easy to install
The battery in my laptop got to the point it lost charge overnight. The replacement battery was identical, and removal/installation of the replacement was easy. Instructions for charging were very specific, and easy to follow. Since I only received/installed the replacement, I have no idea if it will continue to satisfy all my needs, but I’m extremely hopeful.

Prompt service
After receiving the battery I noticed that it would not hold a charge. A few days after receiving it I received an email from the seller asking if the product arrived on time and if it worked as it should. I responded to the email and let them know that it would not hold a charge. They immediately responded to me and sent a new battery out the next day. The second battery is working fine. I appreciate the prompt service and the follow up emails checking on the quality of the battery.

Buyer Beware: Original and replacement batteries both failed within 2 months
I purchase this for my HP laptop originally in January 2021, and initially worked as expected but failed within 2 months. I called the company and they replaced it with another which arrived on June 20, and again failed in late August. It no longer holds any charge and my son, who uses the laptop, now no longer has a machine he can use at school and we are scrambling to find an alternative. It is also creating issues when plugged into a power source with unexpected performance issues on the laptop.It's a TERRIBLE product and has created a lot of hassle for my son. I would not recommend this to anyone.I'm planning to call the company again to ask for either a replacement of refund. Will see how they respond and will post any updates.
