Good one. Received in damaged condition. One filter connection is damaged upon receipt.

Poor service network
Poor taste water since the service started. Initially the water taste was okayish but after service the quality has degraded significantly. The service network is all outsourced - people come from random companies. Charge a bomb of money and provide sub par quality parts and service. If you want to buy something for a year, it is a decent product because after service it is going to be a waste.

No Support Available
Don’t recommend. Installation is very difficult and support is not available. Had heard great things about the product itself which is why I purchased it but ended up disappointed.
