My brother shared this product with because we kept buying water bottles and jugs. We save so much money now with a water filter at home. The water tastes great. It was easy to install. It is long enough for the big pots. Its water filter functions good and quick.

Installation was fairly easy. I ordered a 1 inch diamond bit to put a hole in granite. The rest was easy. Did a taste test on my son between tap, filtered water and nestle pure life and the bottled water was the best, but the filtered water was now drinkable. Before, it had a bad after taste and left you more thirsty than before. The filter is a definite improvement.

Easy to install, water tastes great, reasonably priced. It met my criteria.

Love, love, love this water filter. Where I live the water from the tap smells just like bleach, but this water filter system removes that smell and makes the water taste great. Could not live without it!!!! P.S. The filters will last about two years for a small family, and that's a good deal!

I installed this water filter yesterday under my sink to replace a reverse osmosis system that was just taking up way too much room. I gave two separate people a blind taste test between this water and the tap water and both were able to identify the filtered water and felt like it tasted better, so that confirmed what I thought about it, it does taste better. It wasn't super hard to install, but I was a bit suspicious about the plastic tubing it uses, I'd rather see braided metal lines like my actual kitchen faucet. Time will tell on that. I also wasn't a huge fan of the mounting hardware for the drink faucet... The plastic "washer" was just barely bigger than the standard sink holes that my sink has, and it was thicc. I'd rather see one that's a bit larger in diameter and maybe a bit thinner. I also didn't like that the plastic tubing on the shut off valve/T splitter was permanently attached. That meant while I was tightening the shut off valve, the plastic tubing was flopping around... If the plastic tube wasn't permanently attached, I might have bought a different T from the hardware store instead with loose fittings so that I'd have a bit more freedom to turn the nuts and make a seal without the whole thing turning. I liked the screw/drill guide they provided, that was spot on. I ended up using my own screws to mount the filter because the ones that were provided were a bit long. Most cabinets walls are at most 3/4" thick, so the 1" screws they give you are a bit long, and in theory if someone is unaware of that they could end up damaging something on the other side of the cabinet. All in all, pretty good system. I'm happy with it so far, but there's just that little bit more they could do to make it a really premium system.

Works great. Easy install if you have a little plumbing or mechanical know how. Luckily I already had the hole in my sink. Instructions could be better for how the clips go on the tubing but I figured it out

I only write reviews when a product or service is exceptional or way below par. This review of the Waterdrop under the sink water filter with its own faucet, is of the exceptional kind. The filter and faucet are excellent. No more chlorine/chemical smell and taste. Faucet works perfect. It all goes together well with easy connections. Working under the sink is not a good position for me and I made a mistake and ruined one of the parts. After two emails to their customer service department, I was sent what I needed and I'm a happy camper again. A special thanks to Karina for her understanding and prompt solution. I highly recommend their product and thanks as well to their customer service department, Waterdrop gets a big thumbs up. (Honest review. No incentive given)

Got this to replace a small generic version which used the tube shaped filters similar to those in a fridge water dispenser. The small ones only lasted a short time and seemed to be of variable quality so I replaced with this one. Easy to fit (I did need my box of parts to get the right connectors though) only took a short time to do. I cut in a shut off valve at the same time and had to cut out a section of pipe where the quick fit connector of the old system was as it used the pipe puncture type connection (not sure what the real name is!) so I took that off and replaced the section that had the hole. Water quality seems very good, flow is much faster that the old one, taste is improved as we live in a hard water area and the water can sometimes taste "dry" due to the chalk. the filter looks easy to replace, just a twist off, twist on and says it should last for 15 months which, although more expensive, is good compared to the 3 months of the others. the cost of replacement looks to be slightly more than 5 of the other filters (over the same length of time) but the quality of the filtering is worth that little bit extra.

Ho acquistato il sistema Waterdrop 15UB con filtro sotto lavello e rubinetto dedicato e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. L’installazione è stata molto semplice e veloce, anche per chi non è particolarmente esperto, e tutti i materiali trasmettono una sensazione di qualità e solidità. L’acqua ha un sapore nettamente migliore: più leggera, senza odori strani e davvero piacevole da bere. Da quando lo utilizzo bevo molto più volentieri e ho finalmente eliminato le bottiglie di plastica, con un grande vantaggio sia economico che ambientale. Il rubinetto dedicato è elegante e discreto, si integra perfettamente in cucina e il sistema di filtraggio è efficiente senza ridurre troppo la pressione dell’acqua. Inoltre, sapere cosa sto bevendo mi dà una tranquillità in più. Prodotto ottimo, lo consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un’alternativa pratica, sostenibile e di qualità all’acqua in bottiglia!

It is excellent and so easy to install. I have reverse osmosis at home, but bought this for the office. RO only holds so much water and can take some time to refill. With this system, it's just as fast as your water will go. When i read that it didn't filter out viruses, bacteria, etc., at first I was put off, but then realized that doesn't really matter for anyone connected to a city or town water. Pretty much the only time you would have to worry about that is if the water supply in your area was purposefully poisoned, or in a bad flood situation. I also really like that it doesn't filter out the trace minerals our bodies need! I had to put an extra expensive filter in my RO system just to add those back in. I looked at the prices for a replacement filter and it is around €18 at the moment. RO is approximately €200 each round of replacement. So, all things compared, you are definitely getting an excellent product and fantastic tasting water. You will not be disappointed. Exceeded

Très bon système de filtration ! Facile à installer, l’eau a un très bon goût et le robinet dédié est pratique au quotidien. Le débit est correct et le prix reste raisonnable pour la qualité proposée. Je suis très satisfait de cet achat.
