Emissary Stainless Steel Watch

I received this watch today and was absolutely amazed at the product that arrived! This watch is quite nice. It feels stout and is a bit heavy on the wrist. Once sized the band is comfortable and looks nice in any setting. The watch adjusted easily and keeps good time. I have only had this watch a short time but so far I am very impressed. I will update as time goes by when I’ve worn it to the lake etc. This watch is worth the price.

I placed order for my husband’s bday and recvd on 06/16/24. I paid the full $199 plus taxes—-over $200. This is the second one I’ve bought him. First one had continued issues with battery after battery and battery…, and eventually, I bought this one. He opened this gift from me on his bday/—06/22/24. On 07/20/24, it quit. It’s doesn’t work. I see I missed the deadline by four days. Unbelievable—-I do NOT want a refund but want a replacement because now we are again slapped by S/W watches failing us, and this one just bought and had for 34-days only, is not working. What can be done? This is completely unacceptable where one is given 30 days, and my husband’s gift quits working on day 34. What can be done? Replacement? Refund? What? Thank you I’m advance. PS I am beyond upset about this name brand supposedly being a very good brand name.

I am an offshore worker and needed something durable. So I decided to try this watch. This watch feel comfortable while on your hand, as it doesn't pinch the hair on your arm. The tritium is pretty bright. It's not a problem for me, with the following tritium tubes, both hour and minute hands along with the 12,3,6 and 9 markers. The bezel rotates smoothly and the band is pretty comfortable.Still think that they could have added all the number markers with tritium. But nevertheless, a very good buy.

This is one heavy watch, the tritium illumination could be better and should have 12 instead of four, as for a watch for work, the first thing you need to do is take it off and put it in your pocket or tool bag, this think is going to hang up on something or worse short out something. As for range use I can't see any reason for it, for tacticool there are better field watches with the H3 and subdued colors. the only real reason to get this watch is for the same reason you get a S&W ball cap or coffee cup. The upside is the watch face is HUGE, I don't plan on wearing it often, I'm thinking of using it as a desktop or work bench clock. No question on accuracy, Japanese quartz movement, you can "hack" or Synchronize it easily, SAFETY NOTE, the watch crown need to be deliberately screwed down to maintain water resistance, most watches like this have a crown that easily engages the threads with little effort, this one doesn't. I may try some different soft bands to increase comfort and get the weight down. ⌚ Ok I wore the watch all day doing light house hold chores, some work in the garage and some re loading ammo, after all that the best thing I can say it felt good taking it off for the day. It is now a clock for the bench

Great watch. I lost the bezel and they went above and beyond to replace my watch. You guys where awesome thanks again.

The band was really big, but I was able to remove links with a special tool from the hardware store. I took great care with this watch, but after 3 1/2 months it just quit. I looked for a warranty, and there is none beyond the 30 day return window. No warranty on the Amazon web site description. No warranty in the packaging. Don’t be fooled by good reviews from people who have only had the watch for a few days. This watch is junk, and S&W ought to be ashamed for licensing their name on it.

Got moist inside after i shower. Seal is not goood.

I purchased two of these watches. The first one I sent back after about a month because the time set stem broke. The second on I had for about 4 months and the same timer set stem broke. I love the way the watch looks and feels but it has an inferior setting stem. Both watches broke the same way in a very short period of time. I would not recommend it to anyone.
