Great product. Stronger than PVC and cheaper. It's a little bigger than it looks

We placed this in the ground 5 years ago as a time capsule and put a lot of different things inside of it. Sealed it up by tightening the screws and put it inside the bag that came with it. Wrapped it up and buried it in the ground and just dug it up yesterday. Everything in it looks like it was just put in there yesterday. Amazing product, highly recommended.

Works great for storing things underground for long periods of time.

This is way better and bigger than I thought. I gave it five stars............the only flaw in my opinion is that you shoot screws into the plastic for the lid cover. These should be screws with nuts sunken in so you can open and close it without drilling new holes with the screws? This is a design flaw...but...oh well. This is hands down the best unit I have found. Just be careful shooting the screws in the lid. gentle...and then back them out gentle and you CAN use it over and over.

Great idea Everything you need to bury your guns and bibles to hide from the government in one package. lol I don't like that you have to use screws to fasten the first cap down. It makes this impractical if there is an emergency and you need to get to it fast. Then again, you're already going to be needing a shovel to get to it, so what more is a screw driver? I also bought some cosmoline-like spray protectant and plastic anti-rust vapor strips to go along inside. Haven't used it yet, but it sits there looking cool. It's a lot bigger than you'd expect from the pictures, but matches the description. Like a lot of others have said, it comes in a big obvious box that screams "I'm a tinfoil wearing nutjob and likes to bury stuff in case Hillary gets in". Luckily I ordered mine with a batch of other products and they all arrived in a big 2'x4'x2' amazon smiley box.

Good product quality, however, it is designed for long term storage. The lid is secured by stainless steel screws. To open / access your valuables isn't going to be very easy. The lid does not self secure. Photos of product don't show the screws. If you want storage with easy access, this is not the unit for you (unless you don't mind taking a screw driver with you every time). If you are looking for long term storage (for years), this might be what you're looking for.

Es bastante grande y plástico duro, lo unico que no me gusta es que los tornillos para sellarlo entran directo al plástico y no a una base metálica por lo cual se va desgastando el agujero

Great item. If you get at or below the MSRP this would be an excellent item for caching or geocaching. Build quality is solid and I would have no reservations about putting valuables in the dirt.
