**Q: Magnesium oxide is not absorbed by both still you use it instead of magnesium citrate for same effect**
A: We added a little bit of Magnesium Oxide, only 10% of the product is Magnesium Oxide, because Magnesium Oxide draws water into intestines as it solves the constipation problems.
