Amazing and worth the money .... feels like human knuckles massaging ... would highly recommend!

Literally just unpacked 30 minutes ago .I but a lot of massagers as I used them continuously throughout the day for a spinal cord condition that leaves me bedbound. To find a product other than stronger pain killers that works better is a huge relief. The immediate difference I noticed is the 4 D intense choice. Previous ones were all 3D. I didn't know this was an option . The difference is amazing. Feels like a real deep tissue massage . This also included a car connector which was a first . Great idea for anyone as a passenger being able to do longer journeys wearing an instant relief product. Really impressed so far.

I would have gave this 5 stars but it's advertised as having a heat setting but in reality the heat is so low it isn't noticeable. However, this product is fantastic and I am pretty sure will change my life. I was paying for weekly deep tissue massages but wasn't really getting anywhere with it and it was becoming too costly to me. I have used this 3 times and have felt a huge relief of the tension in my neck and shoulders. I think using this every other day will be life changing for me as I have been suffering a lot with the pain and uncomfortableness of tension and knots. Very happy! It does hurt a bit the next day but this is normal and means it's working. It feels great and is very easy to use. A little bit noisy but not a problem

Very strong, consistent and effective, it's easy to use, not noisy, I personally don't feel there is much difference in speed settings really but you feel levels of pressure. My favourite thing about it is how it sits on each knot and works them to inexistence, would recommend totally.

I bought this for my dad. He always suffers with aches and pains so this was a much needed item for him. Heat level is great, massage quality is also good, I’m sure it helps his pain relief and I’ve not heard anything bad from him. I think he likes the portability of it, he has the sit on version which can be a little bit clunky, this is just the ticket.

Product works well but like others the plug shorted out on the first day of use. Contacted seller and awaiting response, buy with caution.

If you have any neck and shoulder pain, buy this. I’ve had major issues for months and then my GP gave me a personal recommendation for this massager. Obviously a skilled, human, massage therapist is probably best but repeated visits can get expensive. Meanwhile this will solve your problems. For less than 30 quid.

I bought this massager for my hubby who is struggling with neck pain due to two bulging discs that are requiring surgery and he was hoping for some light relief. He seems to like it. Uses it daily. Likes the heat and that you can pull it closer to get a firmer massage. Having used it myself a couple of things I noticed were: - If you have long hair make sure you get every strand tied up as little strands that you have missed will get caught in the balls as they roll. - The buttons to change the settings are quite high up on the 'arm' of the massager and so hard to see what you are pressing when you are using it. - The balls change directions after a while - Be careful how firmly you hold it for a deeper massage as I ended up with bruising the next day as I had pulled it too tight against my shoulders. - A bit rough and you might want to put a tea-towel or something between you and the massager if you don't like the roughness against your skin. Or do it over clothes. - The cord is long, but you still need to have an extension or sit near a socket to use it. Overall happy with the product, has been working well for the last week an even our youngest teenager has been using it daily.

This massager is so good at what it was designed for. My wife loved how it massaged her upper back and shoulders. She used it everyday. It hasn't even been 8 weeks and it stopped working. I believe the cord/transformer burned out. There is no power. Extremely disappointing as this was a game changer for my wifes chronic neck and muscle pain. Definitely spend the extra for an extended warranty you will need it. We are hoping we can get another one that lasts longer. We will keep you up to date on how things work out.
