While the battery charges charges using the USB there would be no problem, leaving the USB charger cord plugged in as there would be load on the charger or battery. You cannot overload the USB Charger when its not not under charge. They are designed that way when they are made.

Is ebl usb rechargeable 9v batteries - 5400mwh suitable for guitars?

I bought these for another purpose. Short version, I was using a 9v guitar battery box in another project. These batteries did not fit in the battery box

The same size as the normal 9v battery.

In the case of the USB chargeable batteries, yes it is. They continue to produce 9 volts on the main terminals and can deliver power to connected devices while being charged via the micro USB socket on the bottom. While charging the red LED lights up as normal.
