Useful everyday pack
I like the size. Not too big or too small. I am 5'10" and 190 and the straps fit ok on me. More and more I am using it everyday to go to work because of its size. For clinic days it can carry all my reference books (some are BIG) in the main compartment with the small compartment holding equipment. On PT days the main compartment can hold a flight suit and flight boots with PT gear in the medium compartment and all my essentials in the small. I originally bought it for my chemotherapy days so I could have pillows, a blanket, books and snacks all organized in one bag that was not to bulky. It worked well for that purpose and fortunately I now get to adapt it to regular daily use. Reasonably priced compared to packs with more familiar names but the built quality is fine and on the rugged side. Good bargain.

Overall, a good pack
I received the pack within a week in a half, which is respectable for a larger item such as this. After getting the pack, I went and checked over the entire bag. All of the visible stitching was intact, and seemed to be well assembled. The material seems durable enough, and all of the MOLLE attachment straps, clasps, and other pieces/parts appear to be in good condition. My only complaints with this pack are as follows: - All of the accessible pockets have zippers that do not open far enough. This makes it somewhat difficult to truly access the entire pack. - This pack does not have hardly any organizing pockets or straps on the interior of the bag, necessitating another insert to be added, if storing a cluster of smaller items is your intention in using this bag.

Good pack
Its everything I was looking for. It has one main pack and 2 zippered pockets. The main pack zip down from both sides, but only half way, which helps keep all my small items from falling out. The MOLLE is strong and evenly spaced, unlike some of my other bags, including my ILBE assault pack. (for those who have the ILBE assault pack, it is roughly the same size). I like it and would recommend it for something like a car bag, get home bag, or just a smaller sized backpack.

Questionable packaging
I have gone through the reviews to see what the criticism people might have for the bag, and I got to say, it is valid for the type of use. The zippers do stop just above half way. The front bottom compartment has only one side of the velcro which could have been used for pockets instead. The "removable" waistband is a pain in the butt to remove since it's double velcro. Great for ensuring it's secure, but a great pain to remove or put back on since the velcro lining is in the inside. Otherwise it's not a bad medium assault pack that can be used mostly for everyday used. However, I would like to question the state it arrived in. For some reason, even though it was in a plastic bag and has a tag to indicate it's suppose to be new, I somehow found a pair of well-worn flip flops and a random key in the bag itself. That said, this made me wonder whether this is legitimate brand new or just from a third party, since I was pretty sure that this is suppose to be from the company itself. Either way, I'll give this bag a couple of days before I give a legit review, after I throw it through the washer and dryer to ensure it's clean, but I would like to give a heads up that I was utterly confused about what the hell was with the stuff in my bag.

Such a Fantastic Backpack! Thanks, Condor!
This is now my fifth Condor product! Obviously, I'm a fan! I LOVE my three-day assault packs, but they're too large for daily EDC and challenging for airline/bus/train travel because of size. The one-day assault pack I found to be too small. But this one is the perfect bag for EDC! Prior, I'd been using a Targus computer backpack, but it's not designed for EDC, and so was a continuously frustrating experience; I still have it as a backup, but there's simply no comparison to the comfort and practical functionality of this Condor product! Thank you, Condor! You're the best!

It a good back but not a tough as some others
It a good back but not a tough as some others, I mostly use it as a ruck sack and day back. Pro -Takes a fair amount of punishment both from mud and rain. -Has drain holes -Lots of molle mount points which is good for expanding the packs uses. -Built in velco, handy for displaying patches. -Three top access flaps, i use them for running my water bladder tube. -The back pocket works great for placing a ruck plate into (which can be secured with the solder strap tensioners) Cons- -The main compartment doesn't open all the way, making it difficult to get into the pack sometimes -In the three years i have had the pack i have had to touch up several of the stitches, not a deal breaker but be aware that you will need to upkeep the stitches. - The water bladder mounting is not strong enough for 3L bladders. All and all the pack is a good starter pack, it can handle it self. For the money it is a good pack and I do not regret having it.

Solid Pack.
I've had this bag for 7 months and I can say its up to spec. I travel a lot doing live production, and it lives up to the rigors of travel. The bag is true to size on the measurements, very spacious, and you can customize it to fit any body type. I'm pretty scrawny, so that's saying a lot that the pack fits securely. The bag has a slim profile, so it's not too bulky in close quarters, one of the reasons I got it. If you need a good medium sized pack, grab this one.

A backpack for ants??
Not what I was expecting. This bag is too small, and the shoulder straps much too short, for an average-sized man. The padded shoulder straps end (with hard buckles) at armpit level, which makes the sternum strap more of a collarbone/throat strap and utterly useless. I'm 5'11" and the waist strap cinches down right above my belly button, this area is technically the waist but it is uncomfortable at best to use your internal organs to stabilize and support the load on your back. Unless you are under 5'7" and slim there are better options. Also one of the zipper pulls came apart the very first time I opened the lower pocket when it arrived.

Just received my Condor Medium Assault Pack today. Shipping time was great, even with the recent backup due to the virus. Took four business days. Upon receiving the bag I went over the bag very closely. I could not find any subpar stitching, all seems very strong. The quality of the material is in line with much more expensive bags and feels like it should last years. The zippers themselves are incredibly sturdy and smooth. My one issue I’ve run into so far (the only one with the entire bag) is that the zipper flys get caught by the zipper if you aren’t careful, but that may just because it’s not yet loaded and have only run them through about half a dozen times. The Molle webbing covers the bag and lines up with the pouches and attachments I have compared thus far, seems there is enough to add two water bottle pouches, my Ka-Bar shorty (5 1/4” blade) with the Kydex sheath will secure nicely to the belly band, and room for my med kit on the back with one other small pouch/attachment. And will probably add straps for a sleeping bag and tent to the bottom. Overall very impressed with the bag, even at $148 CAD with shipping. Will update once loaded and tested to see if there are any issues but I’m guessing I will be quite happy after putting it to work.

Solid pack. Good for a 2day match (at least)...if carrying ammo in a separate can.

I cannot find a better built backpack for this price! (+-$75 CAN) + Extremely durable material + Lots of pockets and accessory options + Sternum strap, large comfortable waist strap + Side/compression bag straps + Comfortable + High air-flow back panel + Very fast shipping through Amazon + Looks great - Sternum strap is a bit too high for my liking (Adjusted to its lowest possible position) - Difficult to center bag on back due to the plethora of the adjustable straps - MOLLE (webbing) gets caught on tree branches/sticks/fences/wire..etc in the bush - Waist belt/strap is extremely difficult to remove without homemade tools Likely the only backpack that I will be buying for quite some time.

I use my backpack as my duty bag at work (police officer). Love the bag, durable, comfortable to wear, organizes nicely. It’s truly a ‘medium’ pack - not too small, not too big. My only complaint is that the zippers for the main compartment don’t go all the way down the side of the bag so I sometimes have to fish around for items at the bottom.
