I absolutely love this chair! It's beautiful and it feels very sturdy. Initially I had an issue but it was resolved quickly. It's nice to order from a company that makes great products and actually cares about their customers!

Great price. Comfortable enough, though not the comfiest. Pretty easy to put together. Been using it for 6 months with no customer complaints other than the foot rest loosens up a little and has to be re-tightened every so often or the for rest gets wobbly. Bought this for it's multipurpose functionality. Raises up decent height and reclined, and head rest raises up and down to different heights.

So far so good! My clients love the new chair! A bit heavy for moving back and forth to my shampoo bowl, but i manage... Fits perfectly as the sink, very sturdy. The head rest tends to get stuck but i dont use it that often so i decided i dont care. Very comfy andwide

Chair is not unlocking so I can turn the chair. Used it to lay a client back to wax her eyebrows. Clients said it felt sturdy.

I bought the chair for my daughter-in-law, she moved her business to a new shop. She needed a chair to do both hair services and facial waxing. This chair works great for both. I have sat in it twice for color, cut and style and it is very comfortable. When my son is there waiting for her to finish with clients in the nail section of her room he leans the chair back puts up the head rest a goes to sleep, it is that comfortable, it is also sturdy and stable. She said it is also easy to clean, California board has strict rules and conducts surprise visits. At this time she does not have any complaints about the chair, she has used it about 2 months.

My only complaint is how difficult it is tp use when shampooing, other than that works great!

It's a firm cushion, but with the head rest up in recline, it is very comfortable! the back height comes up to just below my husbands shoulder blades (very low in my opinion). Disclaimer, there are ZERO directions, so I had to just figure it out on my own. Very simple to put together once you figure it out. Very nice looking chair overall! Excited to use it!

I love the chair but it doesn’t not come with instructions! U kinda just have to figure it out! If this helps anyone the 2 loose bolts on the bottom of the chair are the ones that screw in to the foot rest! And the same goes for the foot step thing thats black the 2 screws on the bottom are the ones u are going to screw on to the metal bar things! Lol hope you guys understand! Then the bottom stand has a cushion with a screw in the middle, the way u take it off is by just twisting the cushion to the left till you unscrew the bolt then ones it off u can place the seat on the stand and that’s it ur done! Also there a screw that looks like it’s doesn’t do anything it right in the middle where the chair reclines, that screw is actually the one that determines how far back the chair reclines so you can adjust it to your need!
