Review: Very good - Nice! Review: Works so much easier than green bannas - Although this product doesn't list it it is excellent for medicinal use for people who have had their colons removed. Green bananas help slow everything . So we use it on oatmeal every morning for my husband and it helps him absorb his medications that he has to have for his heart as well as give him plenty of time to function and do things without always having to run to the bathroom. It has a great taste when mixed in with the oatmeal. Although we have put it in an instant breakfast drink too and it's helped. So for those of you that may have physical issues that are looking for something to slow the gut down this is a great product and it's organic and we've been using it for 3 years.
