Good value for money.
A really good office chair. Great value for money. Isn't expensive but works well. It's comfortable and was relatively easy to install. This chair is definitely made for a shorter person, less than 5ft 10. The armrests are nonadjustable. It's great for its price.

Extremely comfortable but a couple of problems
the chair was relatively easy to assemble and is extremely comfortable and came a week earlier than expected. the problems however were that a couple of screw holes were slightly covered by parts of the chair and the back cover had a piece snapped off of it

Brill for people with little space but still want comfort
Great product if you are tight on space and still looking for a comfy chair. I use it for gaming and it’s brilliant, really comfortable and great support. I have very limited desk space and it wheels under my desk no problems as the span of the bottom of the chair isn’t huge. Recline and headrest is brill. Headrest is adjustable but or probably wouldn’t be suitable for someone much taller or the chair for someone ‘wider’ - I’m 5 ft 1 and 90lbs and it’s perfect for me with the headrest at the lowest setting.

nice chair
but not very sturdylight to movejust don't bend over to pick anything up off the floor- you'll go flyingyou'll go one direction the chair go's the othermaybe its because i have laminated floors -might be more sturdy on carpet floorEdit...Lasted about 2 years then seat started wobbling..Then one day seat just snapped off...

Worst Experience of my life.
I decided to buy this to replace an ergonomic chair because I got sick of people charging extra for "Gaming" plastered all over it.I was hoping this would be more comfortable due to the fact it's a mesh chair. Fat chance, the back support feels plastic and digs into your lower back. The actual cushion its-self that you sit on feels very thin and it took nearly 5 minutes before my bony bum went numb. 5 minutes of sitting in it... It feels really rigid along with it but I think this is a biproduct of the back support digging into you.I can not recommend this for love nor money. No matter the price.

Everyday use
Used every day for over 3 years, still as good as the day i got it. Easy to assemble and good value for money

Not fit for all desks
The chair is not very supportive as it has the mesh backrest, however it is not too bad. The assembly is very easy. The base is sturdy and overall I can't complain however the issue is that it won't go lower enough to let me slid the armrest under the desk and the armrest cannot be folded. It works fine for one Ikea desk but only if I sit on it, it annoys me that I cannot be nearer the desk or set the chair neatly under it so it doesn't occupy too much space. On another desk it won't fit so I cannot use it thereThis is a personal preference the minus star is because I have to screw on the armrest from time to time as they get loose

Pictures - Felt like a cloud... not after 2 days. Bad pains from deflated seat cushion.
The media could not be loaded. Updated: the seat is poor. But the customer service is very good. Was part refunded due to this seat issue as I cut up the box. I have given a extra star for quickness and patience customer service.Added all the pictures. Sorry for messy background etc.Thought this chair would be good ....It came friday.. I built it sunday.. felt like sitting on a cloud, really comfy. At the start. Easy to build, the changing height of backrest was confusing. I liked everything.Used it for 2 days now; only for under 7hrs maybe even 6 taking away breaks and lunch each day.... and my bum is hurting, because the seat is already flat as. There is no support for my pelvis, bum bone .. my sciatica is now hurting ... .... I can’t expect to use a pillow as that will not help my other issues.Whats the point of an ergo chair if you start getting more pains. Maybe it’s ‘cos I’m a big lady? What am I supposed to do now I already got rid of the box thinking this will be great.. /: Sigh.
