Pretty much bottom of the line product, but it does work.

I should have tested it as soon as I got it because when I needed it I found out it came with a faulty power cable. I replaced the cable and everything is working except for the light. Not a well made product.

I purposefully tested it and the pump works great, the jack works great and the electric lug wrench works great as well. Many reviews said the lug wrench is junk, but I have another one and the one that came with this jack works better. Just do not try to put the lug nut back on with it.use your wrench to get it snug and use the electric lug wrench to finish tightening. Was all a snap and easy to use! Very satisfied.

Managed to get one tire off then everything went sideways… literally! By the end I had to put winter tires back on and had to go to CDN Tire to get a new bolt, which appears to be a permanent piece of the supplied socket. The actual jack sorta worked for the first tire but then started failing on the second. If the surface you work on is the least bit uneven (average driveway, not side of the road!), the outer cylinder just plain refuse to go down. After over an hour struggling with this jack and thanks to me neighbour, I was finally able to put wheel back on using emergency scissor jack that came with car.

I purchased several of these jacks over the past few years. They are so incredible! The power and lift height are impressive! I recently needed to replace my 5th wheel rear support jacks, so i bought 2 Heelp 10 ton 12 volt jacks, tore the casing off and mounted them to the frame. They are so well designed, they even work upside down! 100% satisfied!!!

The product is not very good. used to replace snow tires, after getting to the 4th tire, it can lift the tire, but no longer be able to get it down, not working anymore. But after half an hour, it works again to lower it down. Try to consult with the seller, but did not get any response even after a follow-up. so returned it.

Exactly as described works as stated very sturdy

I orederd on 4 Aug, 2025, electric jack is good but gun wrench is not working, gun doesn’t have enough tork power to open the nut from tire. My experience says that, only electric jack is good, worth it.
