Excellent price for very useful product. My wellness check showed I was severely low on Vitamin D. I recently had illness that kept me from my usual activities and I didn’t get out in the sun like I needed to. So instead of the high cost associated with a prescription my PCP recommend over the counter vitamin D. I made sure I got the D3 Bismin D. I only have to take it once a week. I just add it to my other medication schedule and no problems. I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks now and my repeat labs show my levels have nearly reached normal. It will be checked again in a few weeks so I need to keep taking g it. So glad I found this at a reasonable price price. I’ve had no side effects at all taking it. Plus I seem to have much more energy and I am able to think more clearly and overall feel better. I seem to sleep better. Its a small capsule so it’s easy to swallow. It’s been a very good addition to my medication schedule. So far the progress is excellent. So until my lab values return to normal I will continue with this unit I can get out in the sunshine.

Amazing, amazing AMAZING supplement. I wish I started taking it sooner! I've been taking this since May and have felt a complete difference in my mood and body. I'm a black woman and as many may or may not know, the darker your melanin is the harder it is for you to get vitamin D from the sun. A fair skin person can get up to 20,000 IUs of vitamin D from just 30 minutes in the sun so don't be afraid of the high dosage. This is exactly the type of product you need and at an affordable price! I like that you only have to take one pill to get the dosage and they're very easy to swallow. As Vitamin-D is fat soluble it accumulates in your body fat when you exceed your Vitamin-D RDI requirement. Medical advice is in conflict. Most government health agencies recommend 400 IU a day, often GPs like to prescribe 4000 IU a day and some advice goes as far as recommending 10,000 IU a day (to avoid cancers).
